ABOUT US
Our team kicks ass.
...obviously. But aside from that we are a club sport at the University of Maryland, College Park. We are members of USA Rugby as a collegiate Division 1 team. Our local union is the Potomac Rugby Union (PRU) and our territorial union is the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Football Union (MARFU). In the spring of 2006 we ranked number 4 in the nation in Division 2; We are now building a Division 1 side with hopes of returning to the national championships in spring 2009.
We have an A side and B side team, both are very competitive. The principal difference is that A side plays to win matrix matches (that is, matches that count towards the national championship).
