If you are an undergraduate female at UMD then you are welcome to drop in on practice anytime and see how you like it. If you have cleats, a mouth guard, or rugby shorts, definitely bring them-- but if you don't have any of those, come anyway. You don't need any experience and you don't need to be in shape-- we will take care of that for you.
